I find the less traffic blogs more interesting –
they are always a bit different than the usual run of the mill.

I am not a connoisseur of poems,
but I can appreciate the thoughts that are conveyed.

Congratulations! It took me a while to sit down here. I do hope you post more often. I like your straightshooting writes.

Also, Thank you very much for the nomination. . It did catch me by surprise, especially since I thought Poem-blogs are the ones with the least traffic. Feeling humbled and honoured for your encouragement and appreciation.

Part of online confusion is that people change names and URLs so that they don’t actually hit you over the head with their presence. If I didn’t actually run checks to see who was posting – though RSS updates are very handy – and run an occasional Google search ( so-called ‘vanity searches’ on Google and Technorati help a lot ) – I’m sure I would feel much more secluded.
There is no quota for posting ! Congratulations on the award recognition – which is simply a way of saying thanks for sharing your thoughts ; and of course you ‘pass it on’.

Hello littleindian

First I apologize for the late answer, but I have been quite busy lately.

Many thanks for the nomination. I really appreciate it. However, in spite of being happy and honored, I feel that an award is a bit awkward on the ZenFrog. Zen and Buddhist philosophy don’t seem to get along with awards. There is some contradiction here, a clash of culture thing.

Additionally I think that people running more personal blogs deserve it. My blog is not really me, it’s just a presentation of a culture that I admire (and think represents the truth) and only occasionally I do some personal writing.

And a question: didn’t you know ZenFrog was me, Dissident?. The reason I ask is that your writing style was a bit solemn, as if you contacted somebody you didn’t know.

But again thanks for picking ZenFrog and nice to have you back. I have made several visits to your blog and was wondering whether something was wrong due to lack of new posts.

I am still to realize if I like awards or find them nuisance!! Giving awards is the most happening thing happening in blogosphere- people are writing more about how they feel on 20k hits or 30k hits !! I don’t know- I can’t write a post on the number of hits that I have.Blogosphere is also becoming like networking site- you know like Facebook or something….Neither do I care about the hits…Blogging is my space-wherein I write what I want to…..and I am sure that’s what you’re here for!

BUT…you know I am really happy to see this award comming from you- I really really like your mind’s flirting!!It means a lot to get it from someone I share an intellect level with!

now you mention it, I do remember you referring to me as Ruff’s mummy.

Ruff is a simple little soul – (and I believe he had birth trauma that has left him with some learning disability.)

As my bloglogging partner he accepted your reference, I guess I went with it.

SO continuing on from the previous comment and from what you left on my blog, I don’t know why I thought you were a woman, Little Indian. No matter what response I give you it’s going to come out so ridiculously stereotypical, so I shall refrain. BUT this entire time when I would comment on your pup and refer to you as the pup’s Mommy, didn’t you ever wonder why I kept saying Mommy when clearly I should have been saying Daddy???

I think I just gave your blogger friends MORE ammunition and it will probably be a while before they pick themselves off the floor.

I am glad you’re going to come out of your bloglethary though. At least some good has come of this award/revelation.
