There are a number of "issues" in most of the world's religions, take the US version of right-wing Christianity for example. The Taliban is misogynistic and violent among other terrible qualities. I'm reminded of an old episode of "Law & Order" where a white American man becomes a Muslim and them murders a woman who offended his 'manhood.' Men who are threatened by women so much so that they must have total control of them are weak, and certainly not manly. May Malalai rest in peace. Godspeed to her. Thank you for the post.
