the general who cried wolf…

… once too often; and has proved his
Pakistan cannot be trusted with human rights, democracy or world peace.

I had written in:

United Suckers of America
You may forget everything else written here or on the referred webpages.
But do remember this, Pakistan is only looking after its own interest.
They can be “with you today, and against you tomorrow”,
call them friends at your own ignorant peril.
Mr Musharraf, called Mr Bush’s bluff,
and has outsmarted him.

Time did come, for Musharraf to balance his books,
and his numbers do not add up.

I hope he has laughed his last laugh.

To hold on to absolute power, he enforced “emergency rule” read Martial Law,
removed his judiciary and thought he was safe.

He thought wrong. He is no longer the darling of the gullible west.
He could not fool all the people any longer. So now,

Musharraf now also referred as a ‘‘terrorist’’!

Pervez Musharraf is a democrat, a visionary, and a loyal ally in the war on terror for the president George Bush but to an ever-widening phalanx of critics, he is a ’’thug, ’’ a ‘ power hungry dictator’’ and now, a ’’terrorist.’’ A California daily has referred to him as a ’’terrorist,’’ attributing the epithet to critics. Many analysts have been pointing his dark side of siding with extremists and fundamentalists at the expense of moderate forces, even as the administration certifies his indispensability in the war on terror.

While US’ penchant for backing despots, have been criticized in the past, seldom has the language descended to this level. In fact, there are almost no takers now for the Bush policy of backing Pakistan’s military ruler. Even those believing that Pakistan’s military is a stabilising force are now concluding that Musharraf has outlived his promises and utility.

Pakistan is today suspended from the Commonwealth.
I hope, that all other world bodies too wakes up to realises the truth.

Blackmailing the West once to often, of their nukes falling into the terroists’ hands.
If at all, he would have handed over the bomb to them himself, gift wrapped
just how the technology was transferred to Iran and Syria.

Hopefully the Islamic Bomb is probably safely out of his reach.
Pakistan can no longer be trusted, their nukes should be taken away,
for the safety of every other world’s nations.

Pak nukes already under US control: Report
20 Nov 2007, 2028 hrs IST,Chidanand Rajghatta ,TNN
WASHINGTON: Pakistan’s nuclear weapons are already under American control even as analysts are working themselves into a lather on the subject, a well-regarded intelligence journal has said.

In a stunning disclosure certain to stir up things in Washington’s (and in Islamabad and New Delhi’s) strategic community, the journal Stratfor reported on Monday that the “United States delivered a very clear ultimatum to Musharraf in the wake of 9/11: Unless Pakistan allowed US forces to take control of Pakistani nuclear facilities, the United States would be left with no choice but to destroy those facilities, possibly with India’s help.”

“This was a fait accompli that Musharraf, for credibility reasons, had every reason to cover up and pretend never happened, and Washington was fully willing to keep things quiet,” the journal, which is widely read among the intelligence community, said.

A desperate general is now threatening a different wolf:

Pak-based militants planning worldwide attacks: Musharraf

ISLAMABAD: 24 Nov 2007, 0000 hrs IST, ANI
President Pervez Musharraf has once again justified his Emergency rule, saying that foreign militants based in Pakistan were planning terrorist attacks around the world.
He said Pakistan had to “get their own house in order” and then show its efforts to the West. “Foreigners are sitting here and are planning terrorism all over the world,” he said in an interactive programme.
“We have caught people who had maps of European countries and targets there. They (the West) are asking us to eliminate these people,” said Musharraf.

Tell us something we do not know, Mr Musharraf.
Pakistan has been the training ground for terrorists for years.

Musharraf was Chief of Army Staff at the time of Mujahideen incursions into India
from Pakistan-administered Kashmir in the summer of 1999.

From May to July 1999,
Indian soldiers fought and died in the Kargil Conflict.
It was planned and executed by Musharraf, then the Army Chief of Staff.
PM Sharif has claimed that Musharraf was solely responsible for the Kargil attacks.
He boasted he would hoist the flag of Pakistan atop the Srinagar Assembly.
Instead his Army was given such a hiding that

Victory in reverse: the great climbdown
So Pakistan’s war leadership did what flowed naturally from its basic instincts: go cap-in-hand to Washington and agree to an extraordinary statement which commits us to undo our Kargil folly

I hold this man responsible, directly or indirectly,
for every single Indian life that has been lost in Kashmir since 1999.

Take away the nukes, stop pouring in $$$ and let Musharraf take his country
back to the stone ages.

  2. littleindian you are an idiot.Stop blaming musharraf for your own faults and lies.Icould go on and on but why waste my time on people like you.

  3. @ neeli,
I guess you are a Pakistani.

You can call me whatever you want, it doesn’t bother me.
I am rejoicing, the thug Musharraf has been caught in his game.
And there is nothing you can do but watch your Musharraf go down in disgrace.

    My faults and lies, indeed!
I didn’t brag I would raise the Pakistani flag over the Srinagar Assembly House, did I?
You do not like it when the Pakistani double standards gets exposed do you?

  4. @ Aniche,
    Yes he did.

This is what Nawaz Sharif wrote in his own book,

Musharraf moved nuclear warheads for use against India without his approval and he, despite being the prime minister of Pakistan, came to know about this only from Clinton.

Musharraf is ruthless add to it his dishonesty, and you have a very dangerous man.

He will never forget the hiding he and his forces got in Kargil.

  5. Is this news believable that America controls Pakistani nukes? I havent come across this news anywhere else.

  6. Thanks Garfield79,
There has been many news reports on that day when TOI released this story. The commonly used text was US had spent $100million to “secure” Pakistani nukes.

US line is also shifted from Musharraf being essential to we have other options.

I doubt if this report is incorrect. I would think the primary aim of US in the aftermath of 9/11 was to secure, if not take over Pakistani nukes.

The threat to bomb Pakistan back to stoneages if they didn’t cooperate, I now see is, bomb you back to the stoneages if you do not give up your nukes. The day Musharraf is forced to quit at the top, we will know for sure.

  7. it is an open secret that us sees pak as a means of controlling india gaining superiority in the east, alongside china, — and that’s why the nuke things. and china also tends to bend towards pak for the same reason.
    @neeli :
all pakistanis are part of the souls of every indian, believe me. common people in every country have no hatred towards each other in general. it is such only when their visions are colored. do not let yourself be wrongly influenced, be rational. there are many shortcomings in india, as well, and we (i mean little indian as well, as much as i know him ) admit that. but what he said is the truth, maybe the harsh way. please, do not be so rude, without thinking.

  8. Thanks newramanujan,

US has realised the mess they have created in Pakistan.
And now has to pay millions as blackmail, for that is what Musharraf is doing.

Any one other than GW Bush would have read through him a long time ago. But it is sinking into them, atlast.

Take away their Nukes, and stop the billion of dollars being poured in to keep the nukes safe, Pakistan will go back to the stone-ages.

Don’t worry about commenters like Neeli, they don’t bother me. In a way comments like his/hers’ tells me I have hit the raw nerve.

  9. i dont know why u get so worked up?
mush is far better than the prev dictators
nyways pakis r ruled by their 30+ tribal families

sit back and enjoy the fun
i remember abida parveens song tere ishq nachaya
he is in that situation now
nyways bush and saudis fully control him
we have to bother abt our national interests

the fault lies here with our impotent leadership who have
pulled up their hands and don’t want to act against terror
lest they aggravate the mullahs and vote banks .

  10. Getting worked up? Perhaps.
A natural response to what I have read and know about him.

Previous dictators may have been no better, but we knew them for what they were. Musharraf is a two faced individual.

This is the man who boasted would fly the Pakistani flag on top of Srinagar Assembly at the end of the Kargil War. Instead got a kick on his backside that he cannot forget. He is still looking for his revenge.

The only reason why, immediately after the failed invasion, he ousted Sharif to get supreme control. Not for the betterment of Pakistan, thats his camouflage. The events following 9/11 forced him to change his plans, for the first time, America had threatened to bomb Pakistan out of existence.

He will not think twice at stabbing us in the back, if he had the opportunity.
    This is a man who
    1. it is reported openly wept after the defeat of 71.
    2. sold n-tech to North Korea and acquired missle tech-know in return (and when the news came out, has blamed it on his scientist and kept him guarded so that UN cannot question him).
    3. masterminded Kargil, and mobilised pakistami nukes without even informing his PM.
4 has masterminded the escalating infiltration and violence in Kashmir.
    I can go on.

He gets his dollars by pretence and blackmail, which he utilises to cause maximum damage to us Indians. The longer he stays, he will find more ways to hit India.

Maybe I am one of those who can hate with passion such individuals, I wish there were more.

  11. agreed and this is open common knowledge
but if nothing else there are always mango carts for mush
